Just as an Olympian athlete needs a long term coach to ensure they perform consistently at the top level, so it is with me – the coaching I provide will empower you to achieve your ‘top level’ in life.
Here’s What’s Included:
- An initial 2 hour, face to face session at an arranged location in the UK.
- Scheduled 1 hour weekly Skype or telephone coaching sessions.
- An email summary of every session.
- Support between sessions via text/email.
- 6 x 30 min rapid response calls (to be taken whenever needed).
- A copy of my self-help book.
- A celebratory dinner together at the end of the programme.
Please note that due to the intensive nature of this coaching programme I only offer it to a select number of people annually.
