I’m passionate about helping other coaches and speakers succeed. Seriously passionate. Having built my very successful business I thrive on helping other coaches and speakers find the same success.

I’ve a very established coaching practice and travel all over the UK to both speak and work with clients. I also coach and train within schools, businesses and organisations and am the author of the self-help book Strip Naked & Re-Dress With Happiness and also co-author of the book How To Win & Keep Clients.

I’ve been featured in many major publications such as The Independent, The Daily Mirror, Soul & Spirit and Happiful and FitPro magazines and have been interviewed on many radio stations including Radio Europe. I’m also a frequent guest blogger for a variety of people.
